Feta "Palios" with the characteristic, traditional flavor is a product with a protected designation of origin (PDO) and is produced from 100% fresh pasteurized Greek sheep and goat milk. It has a pleasant taste, sightly sour and not very salty. Formed into a mold and salted for 12 hours, after its preparation in a container. It is ideal for sharing it in portions as it does not crumble.
